Information processed when you visit​

The site provides public articles, projects, talks, and mentoring information. It does not currently offer visitor accounts, an active newsletter subscription form, or an on-site checkout.

GitHub Pages hosts the site, and Cloudflare provides DNS, proxy, and security services. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URLs, browser information, and request times to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

Google Analytics and local storage​

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage, and referral sources and to improve its content. Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device, pages visited, interactions, and approximate location. Reports available to the site owner are not a complete record of every visit; browser settings and blocking tools can affect collection.

The site also uses browser storage for interface preferences, such as your selected light or dark theme.

Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and read Google's privacy policy. Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on is not a consent control for other services on the site.

AdSense verification and future advertising​

The site currently publishes a Google AdSense ownership-verification meta tag. That tag identifies the publisher account; it does not itself load an ad script or serve advertisements.

If Google advertising is enabled in the future, third parties, including Google, may place or read cookies in your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve, measure, and protect advertising. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites. Depending on the configuration and your choices, ads may be personalized.

For participating third-party advertising providers, visit AboutAds choices. External content, fonts, and links​

Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, video embeds and thumbnails from YouTube, and images or other resources from external hosts, including the original WordPress archive. Loading those resources can send the provider your IP address, browser information, and referring page; embedded services may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

External links, including Topmate booking links, take you to separate services. Those services handle any account details, messages, bookings, and payments you provide to them under their own privacy policies.

Information you send directly​

If you contact me by email, I receive the email address, message, and attachments you send. I use them to respond to your enquiry and keep relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, financial details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

I do not operate an on-site visitor-data sales service. The third-party processing described above is governed by the providers' terms and settings.

Retention, international processing, and your choices​

Email correspondence is kept as needed to respond and maintain relevant records. Analytics and hosting records are retained according to the applicable account settings and provider policies; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for provider-controlled records.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe their processing and transfer arrangements.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and remove locally stored preferences. Blocking cookies or third-party resources may affect functionality. These browser controls do not replace consent requirements where they apply.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact [email protected] with your request. I will respond as applicable to the information I control; information held by external services may need to be addressed with those providers. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
